European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund

A fund that financed rural development in the European Union as part of the Common Agricultural Policy. It was established in 1962 and was replaced by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.

Annulment of the Commission Decision of February 5, 2001 excluding certain expenditure incurred by Member States under EAGGF Guarantee
