On the basis of the input--process--outcome model (Marks et al., 2001), we argued that interpersonal team processes can work as the mediating mechanism between composition of team
CSEs (input) and collective voice (output).
In fact, the original
CSES adds incremental validity beyond the scales of the four indicators as well as the traits of the five-factor model of personality (Judge et al., 2003).
According to the results of the factor and itemized analysis, SES total scores were more strongly associated with items (or a dimension) on the
CSES that was used to assess an individual's psychological sensitivity to evaluations.
