Bed and Breakfast

A small hotel, often a private home, that provides breakfast in addition to lodging. Bed and breakfasts are usually marketed to couples and families for romantic getaways or vacations. They often are found in rural areas, though this is not always the case.

bed and breakfast

the process of selling SHARES at the end of a trading day on the STOCK MARKET and buying them back at the beginning of the following day's trading. This is done primarily to establish on a formal basis the amount of profit or loss made on these shares over the period when they are held, in order to calculate CAPITAL GAINS TAX.
