A1

A subset of the third-highest bond rating by Moody's. The other subsets are A2 and A3, both of which are slightly lower. Bonds with an A1 rating are investment-grade, meaning that banks are allowed to hold them. Bonds with A1 ratings are low-risk and low-return, though not as much as Aa and Aaa ratings. The rating is equivalent to the A+ rating by S&P and Fitch.

They include the prosurvival proteins (such as BCL2, MCL1, and BCL2A1) and the proapoptotic proteins, comprising the multidomain proteins (such as BAX and BAK1) and the BH3-only proteins (including BAD, BID, and BIM) [17].
Among the prosurvival proteins, both MCL1 and BCL2A1 appear to have physiologically important roles in regulating myeloid cell survival.
Targeting MCL1 and BCL2A1 by Chemotherapeutic Compounds
However, it binds only weakly to MCL1 and BCL2A1, and resistance to ABT-737 has been associated with high expression of MCL1 and BCL2A1 [32, 33].
F-828 led to decreased expression of the antiapoptotic genes BCL2 and BCL2A1 in the cells.
