British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre. An organization in Canada that resolves disputes between businesses outside the court system. It also handles domain name disputes and uninsured motorist cases. It is based on the model articulated by the UN Commission on International Trade Law. It was established in 1986 and is based in Vancouver.
