Agency Commission

Agency Commission

1. A fee that an advertising agency charges a client for the services it provides. This is usually a percentage of the costs the agency incurs in the process of providing the services.

2. A discount that a broadcaster gives an advertising agency for bringing in advertisers. Because the agency acts as an intermediary and saves the broadcaster the time and expense of finding clients, the broadcaster usually gives the agency a 15% discount.
