ABC Statement

In publishing, a semi-annual statement detailing statistical information on a publication, especially its circulation. Companies file ABC Statements with either the Audit Bureau of Circulations or the Business Publications Audit of Circulations. ABC Statements help companies attract advertisers by providing succinct reports on their publications.
