Form 990 (Schedule J-1)
A form that one attaches to Form 990 (Schedule J), which is used to report compensation that a non-profit organization pays to certain employees. Schedule J-1 is used if there is not enough room on Schedule J to list employees for whom compensation must be disclosed.
