Form 941 (Schedule B)
A form a company files with the IRS to list the payroll tax liability for each day of a quarter. A company is required to file Form 941 if it is a semi-weekly depositor with more than $50,000 in payroll taxes during the lookback period or more than $100,000 on any day in the present or most recent calendar year.
