Form 8038-B(redirected from 8038 B Form)
A form that the issuer of certain taxable state or local bonds files with the IRS to receive tax credits or direct payments for issue. Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, qualified bonds may be used to provide construction and similar jobs to Americans. These bond issuers receive credit or direct payment.
