Form 56(redirected from 56 Form)
A form one files with the IRS to declare that a fiduciary relationship exists between the filer and an estate or trust. The form is relatively simple, requiring the name, address, and other pertinent information of the fiduciary agent. One also files Form 56 to announce the termination of the relationship.
