Form 4461(redirected from 4461 Forms)
A form filed with the IRS to request approval for master and prototype or volume submitter defined contribution plans. That is, when multiple companies adopt the same or nearly the same defined contribution plan, they file Form 4461-B to receive approval to have these plans treated in the same way for tax purposes.
