Form 211A(redirected from 211-A Forms)
A form that a state or local law enforcement agency files with the IRS to claim reimbursement for expenses incurred during a tax investigation. That is, if the IRS asks a state or local agency to assist in an investigation, the agency files Form 211A so that it will be compensated for the staff time and other expenses utilized in helping the IRS.
