Form 1065 (Schedule D-1)
A form that one files with the IRS to continue Form 1065 (Schedule D), which is used to report a partnership's sale of capital assets, distributions of capital gains, and bad debts unrelated to the business of the partnership. Schedule D-1 is used if there is not enough room on Schedule D to state all sales, distributions, and bad debts.
