With Warrants

Cum Warrant
A situation in which a security has a warrant attached to it. That is, the buyer of the security is eligible for a warrant that was declared prior to the purchase of the security, but had not been distributed.

with warrants
Used to designate a stock that trades with the right to a declared distribution of warrants. The buyer of a stock trading with warrants will be entitled to receive them if the stock is held until traded ex-warrants. The warrants will later trade separately from the stock. Compare ex-warrants.
