Treasurer
The corporate officer responsible for designing and implementing a firm's financing and investing activities.

Treasurer
An officer in a corporation responsible for filing financial statements, tax returns, and similar documents with the appropriate authorities and agencies. The treasurer may be, but is not always, the chief financial officer.

treasurer
A corporate financial officer who often has the responsibility for preparing financial reports, releasing financial information, and filing tax returns. The treasurer may or may not be the firm's main financial decision maker.
