Spurred by continued lack of liquidity in the market, many syndicators and sponsors of Tenant-In-Common properties have been forced to turn to insurance companies, local bank & credit unions, and government agency lenders (such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) for financing.
DeSanto Realty Group (DRG), a leading sponsor of Tenant-in-Common (TIC) real estate transactions, today announced that Michael Blank has joined the firm as Director of Finance, and will be responsible for management of the origination, loan structuring, underwriting, and closing functions for the company's growing portfolio of tenant-in-common properties.
Redwood, headed by principals David Carlson and Mark Isaacson, invests in multifamily properties with approximately 80% of the portfolio being value-add properties and the other 20% being tenant-in-common properties.
