A slang expression for a property with improvements that should be bulldozed because they detract from the value of the land.Example: “That old shopping center is a scrape.”

Posh jeweller Car tier scraped the bottom of the barrel when it got Lindsay to model its gem at a New York dinner on Thursday (or perhaps that's what she did to get her nails in such a state).
If we watch in our millions, we can be sure the reality genre has not yet scraped the bottom of the barrel.
