Rapport
The state of affinity between two people who are communicating. Rapport is vital in person-to-person marketing because one is more likely to buy from someone with whom one has an established relationship. Salespersons work to build rapport with their customers because it helps to increase their success. They use a variety of tactics to do this, including eye contact, smiling and even gift-giving.

Ces enonces trouvent echo en moi, car je suis medecin-hygieniste regional et je vois que les travaux de recherche et les rapports locaux sur l'etat de sante de la population insistent sur les consequences des inegalites en sante et sur ce qui peut etre fait pour attenuer ces consequences en changeant les programmes et les politiques.
la promotion de la croissance sans le developpement (amelioration de la qualite des vies des gens) et l'equite renforce tout simplement les rapports sociaux inegaux.
