1. Describing the delivery of a futures contract on a commodity in which the seller must deliver to a location specified by the buyer. In an on track delivery, the buyer must pay all delivery costs.

2. Describing a commodity that is loaded onto a means of delivery, especially a train or a truck, in the process of being transferred from the seller to the buyer.
