Male Chauvinism

The belief that men are superior to women. Most societies deal (or have dealt) with male chauvinism in some form or other. In business, male chauvinism may express itself in bias toward hiring or promoting men. Laws exist in many jurisdictions to limit or eliminate male chauvinism in business.
