May 2 (ANI): The Congress Party has termed the Supreme Court's order lifting the stay on trial of Gujarat riots cases as "historic.
prosecutors said the court lacked jurisdiction, which two appeals court judges said was an issue it needed to consider before lifting the stay.
There would have been no rationale for lifting the stay on their appointment to criminal cases and not to civil cases.
