The two-character ISO 3166 country code for LIBERIA.

LR
1. ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code for the Republic of Liberia. This is the code used in international transactions to and from Liberian bank accounts.

2. ISO 3166-2 geocode for Liberia. This is used as an international standard for shipping to Liberia. Most Liberian counties have their own codes with the prefix "LR." For example, the code for the County of Bong is ISO 3166-2:LR-BG
