Job Enrichment

The practice of allowing employees to use the full range of their skills within their positions. Job enrichment consists of three parts: giving multiple tasks with varying levels of difficulty, ensuring each unit of work completed is meaningful, and offering encouragement and motivation to employees. Job enrichment is intended to improve employee morale.
