The Micro exhibits a wide sound dispersion that is achieved by the application of a proprietary component called the "Omniguide," an inverted saucer that hovers an inch or so over the woofer, holds the tweeter, and contains another inverted saucer that hovers a fraction of an inch above the tweeter. The inverted saucer lends itself to a lightweight structure with a clear span: a steel-ribbed dome resting on a ring truss. |
