Intraday
Term meaning "within the day," often to refer to the high and the low price of a stock.
Intraday
Referring to trade within a single day. As the price of a security fluctuates during a trading day, intraday prices are especially important to short-term investors. The term is also used to describe a security's high or low price during a trading day. For example: "Shares of Company X opened at $5 per share and closed at $6, with an intraday high of $7.50."

In the course of a day. For example, during trading on March 8, 2002, AT&T Corp., common stock reached an intraday low of $15.73 before closing at $15.88.
