Mr Miliband told the House of Commons yesterday that significantly more generating capacity was needed in the long term to meet the country's low-carbon energy challenge, partly because of the intermittency of wind generation.
Animal studies have found greater variability during extinction than during reinforcement (Antonitis, 1951; Eckerman & Lanson, 1969; Lachter & Corey, 1982; Neuringer, Kornell, & Olufs, 2001; Stokes, 1995), with variability increasing as a function of reinforcer intermittency (Eckerman & Lanson, 1969; Lachter & Corey, 1982).
They also found increased odds of the metabolic syndrome even with mild symptoms, primarily for incomplete emptying, intermittency and nocturia.
