The two-character ISO 3166 country code for MICRONESIA, FEDERATED STATES OF.

FM
1. ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code for the Federated States of Micronesia. This is the code used in international transactions to and from Micronesian bank accounts.

2. ISO 3166-2 geocode for Micronesia. This is used as an international standard for shipping to Micronesia. Each Micronesian state has its own code with the prefix "FM." For example, the code for the State of Pohnpei is ISO 3166-2:FM:PNI.
