Employable
Describing a person who is likely to find gainful employment. A person may be employable because he/she has a skill set matching the available jobs in the area. A long gap in employment may reduce a person's employability as his/her skills may become obsolete. Education or training, on the other hand, may increase a person's employability.

The Community Foundation for Merseyside has distributed pounds 1m to Merseyside's communities in a bid to target worklessness and progress individuals towards employment via its Employable Communities Fund.
These are extra courses taken alongside degree courses, aimed at making students more employable.
Believe it or not, those with degrees are miles additional employable than those that don''t have them.
