Nasdaq:CDRD) announced today that it has extended the expiration date of its offer to exchange its new 10 1/2% Series C convertible preferred stock for up to all of the outstanding shares of its 5% delayed convertible preferred stock to midnight on Monday, November 17, 1997.
In addition, the Company filed a registration statement for the issuance of Convertible Preferred Stock in exchange for the outstanding shares of its 5% Delayed Convertible Preferred Stock.
