Bonds often have a call feature which gives the issuing company the right to purchase back the bond at any time during specified periods for a specified amount. The cell phone user must progam the phone to disable that automatic call feature. In the softswitch core, PacketCable defines two functions: Call Management Server (CMS), which is responsible for delivering call control and call feature functionality, and MGC, which is responsible for the interface and management of communication with all gateways in the network. |
