A generic term for an association of realtors, especially a local organization. Boards of realtors may provide support to realtors, and they generally provide potential property buyers with information on the area.

A local association comprised of real estate professionals who are members of the National Association of REALTORS® (www.realtor.org and www.realtor.com) and the local or state board of REALTORS®.
