Used for listed equity securities. At the same price but entered after your order/interest, such as on the specialist's book. Antithesis of ahead of you.

Behind

On an exchange, referring to a record of a trade that occurs at the same price as another trade, but is nonetheless listed after that other trade in a specialist's book. See also: Ahead.
