Basher
A person who spreads (possibly false) negative information about a security in order to make its price fall. The goal of a basher is to drive the price artificially low so one can buy it and profit from the resulting price correction when the security rises back to its former price.

Nobody gives us a chance, but we were last season's bookie bashers and we want to create a few more surprises.
The below bashers have shown their constant contempt and have determined they can make false accusations, libel whomever they desire and escape being identified, attempting to hide under the First Amendment, forgetting that Slander, along with Violation of Personal Information, is a libelous offense under the law.
In addition to attacking the Company and its employees, the bashers have disclosed personal information about other posters and investors and used allegedly abusive and defamatory language.
