In statistics, the most frequently occurring value in a given data set.

The two-way transmission can be accomplished either through direct path, which is denoted as the direct mode (it needs only two transmission phases), or through relay path, which is indicated as relay assisted mode.
Any set of instructions can be transformed into an interactive process, allowing users to instantly transition to and from assisted mode at any point in the interaction.
This is done in one of two ways: standalone (kiosk) mode where the borrower interacts with a sales representative, and assisted mode where the borrower and a Realtor or loan officer converse, usually with an underwriter, at a home office or a regional processing center.
