I can endorse Clr Christine Smith, Kirkburton Ward, as being both punctual and pro-active in actioning problems with council matters.
Particularly powerful are contexts that involve the repeated actioning of a process that generates objects.
So even if collaborative teams are the strategy of the future, it may not be reasonable that the actioning of the strategy, which currently underpins most government health policies, is left to a clinical team to learn through trial and error experience.
