Tight
In line with or extremely close to the inside market or last sale in a stock (+/- 1/8). On the money.

Tight
In equities, a term describing an ask price equal or very close to the price of the previous sale of a security. For example, if one buys a security at $35 per share, and re-sells it at $35.02, such a sale is considered to be tight. Obviously, little or no profit or loss results from tight sales.
