List Price

The advertised price for a good or service. It is common for a seller to reduce the list price or at least to permit negotiation, especially for large items such as houses and automobiles.

the published PRICE of a good or service. The actual price paid by the buyer is often lower than this because suppliers are prepared to offer trade discounts for BULK BUYING.
