distributor

a business such as a RETAILER or WHOLESALER which acts as an intermediary in a DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL. Distributors take title to goods (that is, purchase goods) which they then on-sell to customers. See also DISTRIBUTOR BRANDS.

But when the engine gets cold, the moisture re-condenses inside the distributor cap, and on the next rainy morning, you have the same problem.
