Thyroglobulin and microsome autoantibodies and their clinical significance in adult type I diabetics (in Czech).
Serum
thyroglobulin determination in the follow-up of Patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma.

What is the potential cause of the questionable
thyroglobulin result in this patient?
Immunostaining detection was performed by using TSH,
thyroglobulin, and Gal-3 antibodies.
Caption: Figure 2: (a) From left to right are the papillary tall cell variant portion of thyroid cancer staining positive for
thyroglobulin, PAX8, and TTF-1 and negative for p63.
The concentration of
thyroglobulin antibodies and anticardiolipin antibody decreased to 66.1 U/mL to 12.5RU/mL, respectively.
In autoimmune thyroiditis, there is presence of thyroid autoantibodies in patients' sera against two major thyroid antigens (thyroid peroxidase and
thyroglobulin).
In both cases, sections (4[micro]m) of the primary tumor and fragments of the epidural spinal metastases were submitted for immunohistochemistry (IHC) with primary antibodies specific for
thyroglobulin (mouse monoclonal, clone DAK-tg6; DAKO) and calcitonin (rabbit polyclonal; DAKO).
