Pleural plaques sufferers had been entitled to
pay outs before 2007 when Law Lords ruled them ineligible for compensation.
By far the largest category for complaints was the loss of mail or parcels, accounting for more than 2,700 compensation
pay outs in the CF area, worth pounds 99,036.
