Form 1040-NR-EZ

A simplified tax return that may be used by some non-resident aliens of the United States. One may use Form 1040-NR-EZ if one claims no dependents, cannot be claimed as a dependent, has no interest or investment income, does not exceed income limits, and claims no credits and no deductions other than the deduction for state and local tax refunds. Form 1040-NR-EZ is more straightforward and easier to file than the normal Form 1040-NR.
