Form 1040 (PR)

Form 1040 (PR)

A document that individuals and some corporations in Puerto Rico must file with the IRS each year. The 1040 (PR) form calculates income, deductions, and credits, and ultimately determines how much tax the filer owes for the year. The form itself is short, but many taxpayers must use additional forms to calculate how things like dividend income and capital gains are taxed on the 1040.
