ex-date of 12 July 2019, the distribution will be made on 31 July 2019 to shareholders of record date as on 15 July 2019.
Subject to shareholder approval, the
ex-date is expected to be April 23, 2019, the record date April 24, 2019 on both MTA and NYSE and the payment date May 2, 2019.
If shareholders approve the proposed distribution, the expected calendar for both MTA and NYSE is as follows:
