E&OE

An abbreviation for "errors and omissions excepted," a disclaimer stating that information in a document is not necessarily accurate. E&OE, statements are most common when information changes quickly. It is intended to reduce the legal liability of the party making the statement. The term is most common in the United Kingdom and current and former Commonwealth countries.
