Erasure Guarantee

Erasure Guarantee

A guarantee made by a representative of a financial institution or stock exchange that a change to a security's terms is accurate. It is similar to a notary public's guarantee, but it must be made by an accredited person from the financial institution or exchange. See also: Medallion STAMP Program.
