QAT

GOST 7.67 Latin three-letter geocode for Qatar. The code is used for transactions to and from Qatari bank accounts and for international shipping to Qatar. As with all GOST 7.67 codes, it is used primarily in Cyrillic alphabets.

The habit of Khat (Catha edulis Forsk.) chewing has prevailed for centuries among populations in the horn of Africa and the Arabian peninsula including The Yemen.

Khat, also called chat in Ethiopia, refers to green leaves of the herb Catha edulis which is widely chewed as a stimulant mainly in East Africa and Arab countries.
