A survey of 100
CEOs in the United States on their perceptions of the state of their business and the
economy in general. Topics covered in the survey include long-term and short-term outlooks, prospects for hiring or laying off workers, and concerns unique to particular industries. The CEO Confidence Survey attempts to quantify these feelings on a scale of 0 to 100, with a higher score indicating
bullish feelings. The survey is taken monthly and published by
The Conference Board.
