Border Cargo Selectivity

Also called the BCS. A computerized system used in the United States to distinguish between risky and non-risky imports and related transactions coming over land through high-volume ports of entry. Other than distinguishing between high-volume and other ports of entry, it is identical to the Cargo Selectivity used by the Automated Commercial System.
