Affirmative Dumping Determination

A statement by the U.S. Department of Commerce requiring an exporter to post funds as security on future goods that the exporter sends to the United States. The affirmative dumping determination is made if the Commerce Department finds that the exporter is in violation of American anti-dumping laws.
